Spacious and well-priced studios with kitchenette, shower bath, TV, dining area and comfortable beds. Perfectly located near restaurants and cafes, with easy access to tram and subway. We also enjoyed the ambiance and the opportunity to experience the local scene while staying at this unique establishment.
Although we enjoyed the local atmosphere, we felt a bit uneasy at the hotel’s abandoned buildings and lack of security. we would have appreciated more regular housekeeping, as twice a week was not enough to keep the facilities up to our usual standards.

Great location close to public transport and surrounded by nice restaurants. Big rooms with high ceilings that offers a nice change from usual business hotels.
The hotel is part of a language institute, which means there are always students around. The staff didn’t seem very interested in helping me, and the breakfast was just okay. The cleaning service only came twice a week, which was not enough for my liking.
